Down to Earth Baby is proud to be able to offer families and families-to-be a range of quality organic, natural and eco-friendly products for mother and baby. We are committed to stocking products that not only have good 'eco creditials' but that we have tried and tested and know work! We founded Down to Earth Baby because we wanted to only use truely natural and organic products (as opposed to the many products which claim to be organic yet still contain potentially harmful ingredients) while pregnant and with our children - now aged 3.5 years and 18 months.

We stock some wonderful natural products for pregnancy, and breastfeeding (the soft organic breastpads get loads of great reviews!) so mums-to-be can safely use beautiful skincare products to nourish their skin and know that no nasty chemicals are being absorbed into their bloodstream.

For precious babies we have gorgeous organic skincare including baby wash, baby lotion, room spray, cornstatch powder as well as pure natural fragrance free skincare for newborns and those with sensitive skin. We stock a range of organic cotton baby clothes from the basics such as bodysuits and rompers to lovely kimono and pant sets (which make great gifts) as well as funky little T-shirts and pants. Also available in organic cotton are the very popular sleeping bags and sheet sets from Natures Purest.

All of the Natures Purest range make great gifts with the elephant knit toy being a hot favourite at the moment. We were introduced to this UK brand when friends sent over an elephant snuggle buddy as a gift when Euan was born (he carries it everywhere!) we loved it so much that we started stocking the brand!

We stock more organic baby toys including organic Taggies and Keptin Jr comforters, as well as eco-friendly wooden toys and rattles.

Nappies, of course, are an essential item and with a range of award winning cloth nappies from Mother-ease, BumGenius, Baby Beehinds and Tots Bots modern clothing nappying has never been easier. But if you're looking for the ease of disposables without the guilt of chemically laden plastic based dispoables (and which perform even better than the supermarket brands) you can't go past Bambo Nature biodegradable nappies.
